Combining elements of our signature BarreFit, BarreBattle and BarreSprint workouts, this 60-minute class encompasses the best components of strength, cardio and flexibility training.
Our PowerBarre workout utilizes a super-charged combination of weights, resistance bands, cardio bursts, flowing yoga poses, mat work and our ballet barre. It is a full-body workout designed to give you chiseled abs, toned legs, cut arms and a lifted booty, using isolated and full range of motion exercises and cardio elements followed by deep stretches. Push yourself to the limit, find balance and flexibility and reward every hard worked muscle with a deep stretch. It is sure to leave you feeling energized and strong.
